Shannon Wade (she/her) is a Portland-based educator, theater artist, and puppet maker who finds it hard to believe she's been teaching for over a decade! Locally, Shannon works with STAGES Youth Theater and the Portland Stage Education program to teach theater to young people, and also works as a substitute in the Portland Public Schools. Her experience as a facilitator ranges from rehearsal rooms to impromptu clowning workshops to a state-wide arts education group, and she both performed in and designed for Death Wings this past spring. Shannon is incredibly grateful for this group of generous collaborators, and welcomes the opportunity to continue building community around loss, grief, and the experiences that define us.
