Wendy Poole (she/her) is the Artistic Director of The Theater Project in
Brunswick Maine. Wendy has worked at TTP for 30 years as a teacher, actor,costume designer, stage manager and director. Born in New York, Wendy studied acting with Uta Hagen and William Hickey at H.B. Studios and studied theater at Bennington College in Vermont. She has worked at many theaters in Maine as an actor and designer including Portland Stage, Mad Horse Theatre, The Public Theatre, and Oak Street Theatre to name a few. She served on the board of the Maine Educational Theatre Association and was instrumental in setting up the Maine Chapter. She lives in Portland, Maine with her talented husband and two daughters.
